We use UPS Ground standard shipping service within the United States. Currently, domestic shipping is FREE of charge!
The flat rate of $8.95 is being waived for all orders. Domestic overnight service is available for an additional cost. Please contact us for exact delivery charges for rush or overnight services.

Orders usually ship out within three days of being placed, depending on the size of the order. Many pieces are custom made at the time of your order, so depending on the season and availablity, there may be a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks. You will receive an email after your order has been placed with an approximate ship date. The maximum delivery period is 30 days. We only ship within the United States. If you would like to place an International order,please contact us directly to discuss possiblity and charges.

Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and bank transfer. We do not accept checks.

Exchange or store credit accepted within 14 days of delivery. Contact Becky Lee via email to set up a return confirmation #. Send exchanges back by insured mail in perfect condition with a copy of your receipt, return confirmation #, and an explanation. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Becky Lee is not responsible for lost shipments upon return to Becky Lee.
